Cole Slaw for All Seasons

Cold outside? Let's get cozy and have some Cole Slaw!
Hot outside? Let's cool down with some well chilled Cole Slaw!
Spring? Autumn? This Cole Slaw truly is for All Seasons. 

Prep Time: 15 mins (or let it sit over night)


Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage head
1 carrot
1/2 Fennel bulb (optional)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Yoghurt
1 tablespoon (or more, depending on your taste) mustard
1  1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
1 bulb garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Dash of Olive Oil 
Any leftover fresh herbs (Basil, etc.) - OPTIONAL

Toolkit
Cutting board
Knife
Garlic press (optional)

Preparation
1. Slice cabbage, carrot and fennel into thin slices or squares and place in large salad bowl.
2. Mix all other ingredients.
3. Mix veggies and dressing well. 


You can eat the Cole Slaw For All Seasons on the same day, but its even better the next day (keep in your fridge).
